The company is committed to the coninued personal development of all our interpreters through mentoring. Founding Director of Lexicon ¦ Signstream, Mike Ballinger, trained as a Mentor with the Association of Sign Language Interpreters (ASLI). Our Mentoring service may also be booked by other BSL/English Interpreters.

All mentoring programmes are bespoke, they typically involve a minimum of three session with specific aims agreed by the Mentor and Mentee.
